Showdigs is a service that connects property managers, real estate agents, and prospective tenants.
Property owners list their properties on the platform, and prospects can book tours through Zillow. When a tour is scheduled, a dedicated app notifies the relevant agents. Agents can browse and accept available tours, and after completing a tour, they provide feedback to the property owners.

Efficient Property Manager Platform
The platform allows property managers to effortlessly monitor the status of their vacant properties. Managers can add, manage, and update listings, review and oversee tours, gather feedback from prospects and agents, and make necessary adjustments with ease.
Real Estate Agents On Demand. Book and Manage Tours On The Go
The Agent app enables real estate agents to easily browse and select on-demand property tours. Once an agent accepts a tour, they will receive full details and comprehensive property information. After completing the tour, the agent submits a detailed report for the property owner, which is required to process their payment.
Personalized Landing Pages for Property Bookings
For every property listed on the Showdigs platform, a dedicated landing page is automatically generated, showcasing all property details. This landing page is integrated with Zillow, enabling prospective tenants to book and manage tours, as well as leave reviews for both the property and the agents.
